Now it's time to settle Your Security Deposit

This is processed securely via PayPal. If you would prefer us to run a pre-authorisation of your credit card, we can do this too, please contact us the day before you arrive and we will send you a secure link.

Please note:

  • The security deposit must be settled by mid-day (12 noon) on the day of your arrival.
  • The door keys will not be loaded in to the keybox until the security deposit being settled.
  • Once the deposit has been paid, you will automatically be redirected to our full check-in information.

Pay Security Deposit

We charge all guests a fully refundable security deposit of £150. This is returned within 24 hours of check-out.

If you do not have a PayPal account, please select "Pay by debit or credit card" and then select "Checkout as guest".

(Please note that we are listed on well over 100 online travel websites. We do our utmost to have all websites include the security deposit, however some websites do not have this functionality, or provide this facility).

What happens to my security deposit?

Prior to charging a security deposit, we would occasionally have guests treat our property disrespectfully, things would 'go missing',  etc. Since charging the security deposit this problem has gone away completely. 

Please note:

  • We have charged the security deposit only twice in over 10 years of operation
  • Minor breakages happen. We will not charge you for this. All we ask is that you let us know.
  • All of our apartments are throughly inspected prior to a guest's arrival.
  • We use a decibel monitoring system to measure noise levels in apartments. This does not record what you say, it simply measures noise levels. Our apartments are contained within a high-end residential apartment complex. We ask that you are respectful of neighbours. Specifically meaning that there is no shouting, loud music etc. Quiet hours are after 10pm, although please let common sense prevail. Consistent high levels of noise would forfeit the security deposit.
  • Smoking  is not permitted in any of our apartments, unless you are booked in to one of our balcony apartments where you may smoke outside.
